What: Trivia, AD is my favorite NYC-based pub trivia company. Since they can’t host in-person events at the moment, they are offering free live-streamed trivia events most nights of the week. These are just for fun but are a great way to break up your nightly routine.

What: 20 top bartenders from around the US will show how to make craft Cino de Mayo- inspired cocktails at home using Patron.

What: Celebrity pastry chef and founder of Milk Bar Christina Tosi hosts a daily baking class on Instagram Live. The ingredients are shared on Instagram the day before so you can gather up your supplies.

What: Strava is a social fitness tracking network. (I use the app to track my runs). You can join a fitness challenge to keep yourself accountable and to feel connected with the global running community. You can tackle the May challenges any day this month, but why not knock one out today?

Goose Island Ingrain Live Cooking Demo with Joe Flamm
When: 4:00pm CDT
How: Tune in via Goose Island’s Instagram Live
Cost: FREE but donations are accepted for the chef’s charity of choice
What: Goose Island is “hosting” cooking demonstrations led by some of Chicago’s best chefs. This week, Joe Flamm (Top Chef Season 15 Winner) will be leading the virtual class.
Liquor Lab: Top Tier Tequila Cocktails
When: 7:00-8:00pm EST
Cost: FREE
How: Sign up via Liquor Lab’s website and you will receive a Crowdcast link
What: Liquor Lab is a hands-on wine, beer, and cocktail experience with locations in NYC and Nashville. For now, they are hosting cocktail-making classes online, like this free one all about tequila drinks.

The Neon Tea Party Pom Pom Earrings Workshop

What: The Neon Tea Party is a fun craft studio based in NYC. They are leading free crafting workshops this month, including this fun earring-making session.
Taste Buds Kitchen NYC: Crazy Fried Rice

How: Sign up for the class on the Taste Buds Kitchen website and you’ll receive a Zoom link
What: Taste Buds Kitchen is an NYC-based cooking studio that is now offering online classes. I’ve taken an in-person and virtual class and both were a ton of fun. This Saturday they are hosting a fried rice class!

Happy Mother’s Day!
Disney Family Singalong Volume II

How: Watch live on ABC or stream on Disney+ starting the following day
What: This fun singalong brings together some of the best in the Disney family. You’ll enjoy renditions of classics like “A Whole New World” performed by Idina Menzel and Ben Platt. I watched Volume I with my family on FaceTime and we had a blast singing along together!
